Spa Policies
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance.
Please note we require 24 hours notice to cancel single service appointments and 48 hours in advance to cancel treatment packages, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. 7 Days notification is required for groups of 4 or more. Please return all confirmation calls to guarantee your appointment.
As a courtesy to all our customers, please be prompt for your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 100% charge to your credit card account. For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled table time and inform therapists of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
Gratuities-If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give 15% - 20% gratuity to the therapist.
